Our Mabel Colhoun Collection is one of the largest and most exciting collections of artefacts, documents, paintings and photographs currently held in storage. In 2017, the Museum premiered a hugely popular temporary exhibition entitled Mabel Colhoun: A North West Pioneer. Within her collection are thousands of photographic slides which are currently being digitised.
