Gerry Lynch was a prominent member of the socialism movement in Northern Ireland and is noted alongside Bernadette Devlin, John Throne, and Cathy Harkin as one of the prominent young socialists during the Troubles.These are sample documents from a collection of items relating to socialist, labour and trade union movements in Derry; includes newspapers, booklets, memorabilia and printed and written documents detailing meetings and party policies. The collection consists of material relating specifically to the Trade Union and Labour movements of Derry. The collection was donated to the Heritage and Museum Service by Gerry Lynch in August 2002.
